The Audio Tailor — Loan Agreement

01 Terms & Conditions

The Audio Tailor loan their equipment in good faith to help our customers ensure they're purchasing the correct equipment, right for their set-up and preference.

1The Audio Tailor will set the loan period in conjunction with the customer, both parties committing to a due date for the product(s) to be returned by. This due date may be extended on or before the due date under select circumstances in agreeance by both parties and a new due date will be decided in written form.
2Loan equipment must be handled with care and returned in the condition it was lent out in. Charges may apply if any equipment comes back damaged or does not come back at all.
3Credit/Debit card details will be held by The Audio Tailor in a secured ledger until the product(s) are returned, upon which point they will be destroyed.
4If product(s) are not returned by the due date, a friendly reminder will be sent via email the day after, asking for the customer to return the product(s).
5If the product(s) are not returned within 3 working days of the reminder email, the full amount of the product(s) will be charged to the Credit/Debit card on hold, unless we have communicated otherwise via email.
6Goods remain the property of The Audio Tailor until full payment is required.

04 Customer Agreement

By signing this agreement you understand the above information and agree to the terms and conditions outlined.

I understand the above information and agree to abide by The Audio Tailor's terms and conditions as listed in this document. I acknowledge that the loaned equipment must be returned by the agreed due date, and that should I fail to return the product(s) within 3 business days of that due date, the full retail value of the loaned item(s) will be charged to the Credit/Debit card held on file by The Audio Tailor, unless an alternative arrangement has been communicated and agreed upon in writing.
